Pop’s Page

As you can see we are reorganizing this blog page (aka “Pop’s Page.”) As my friend Ralph observed in his comment, Moveable Type is a special gift from God–so I guess I’d better take advantage of it. Sooooo….since MT allows the use of categories I thought I would attempt to organize the 60 or so entries in the blog archives along the following lines: Miscellany (this one) which gives the reader updates about me and the family and other miscellaneous comments about things in general; Jeremiad, a continuation of the study of the book of Jeremiah; Biking and Other Adventures which is pretty much self descriptive (including the trip to Scotland); and A Grief Observed, where I comment on how much I miss the love of my life and how I am coping (or not) without her. Now if our beloved webmaster will just turn on these categories on my page like he had done for his page, we’ll be off and running and interested readers can skip categories they have no interest in and browse the ones they are interested in without sorting through a bunch of extraneous verbiage.

And yes, Angie, for now I am turning on comments: although I must say that your comment is the very reason I might have decided to turn them off!! (Just kiddin’…)
